A non-technical employee asked basic technical weed out questions that covered the basic job duties required. Though the questions were very easy and basic it was difficult to respond slowly enough for the interviewer to type each answer verbatim. For instance, the interviewer would ask "How would you troubleshoot connectivity between two hosts?" After rattling off step by step how to troubleshoot and then having to slow down and repeat each word my answers would become increasingly succinct, "use ping".

This was a very thorough group interview. The only reason the whole process took so long for me is that my previous employer wasn't returning phone calls. Be prepared to review scenarios and how you would handle them, and what you learned from them. Expect to spend at least 2-3 hours.

This is a great company to work for. The interview process is deliberately difficult to screen out people who aren't serious or can't handle stress. Be patient, but if you haven't heard anything in 2 weeks go ahead and call them.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
