Interviewed Nov 2011 in Clackamas, OR (took 4 weeks)
contacted by recruiter, brief interview with recruiter, phone interview with ADP hiring rep, panel interview with local managers, presentation to local managers, final meeting to discuss offer. I was impressed with the process as it was very professional but the people were approachable, good blend of professionalism and personality. My advice for other candidates would be to be yourself (not necessarily looking for a cookie-cutter individual) and ask questions.

Negotiation Details
I didn't negotiate as the real income in this position is generated through sales, so I was less concerned with the base (which is not significant enough to take the position on that basis). The opportunity to make money through commission is why it is a good job.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Portland, OR (took 2 days)
A lot of phone calls back-and-forth with HR; initial phone screen by HR and then interview with hiring manager. Onsite interview with hiring manager and team. Didn't seem too difficult. I found the job on Craigslist, which seems to be a common hiring platform for corporations these days.
Interview was laidback; response post-interview was slower than most places, but have heard this is normal (given a company of its size).

Negotiation Details
I counter-offered a slightly higher salary, but was refused due to the economy. Personally my friends believed this was not a good tactic to take in this economy; however, I disagree - perhaps it could've cost me this job, but I know my value and I've shortchanged myself in the past by not negotiating. When I presented the counter-offer, the recruiter presented it to the hiring manager and then the recruiter called me back.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Portland, OR (took 2 days)
Interview was somewhat smooth and the manager seemed a bit aggressive, which is okay for a sales interview. He told me to shoot him an email highlighting all the events that we discussed throughout the interview, which I promptly did. The questions were standard, he wanted to know about my background and what I was 'bringing to the table'. At the end of the interview process, I never received a call back or even an email to be notified that I did not receive the position. I called them to ask and they let me know that they would let me know soon, but never did.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Portland, OR (took 2 days)
It was pretty nice, it was very informal. The people are nice for the most part. They wanted to know if I was available immediately, they were expanding in Portland. I wasnt sure about moving to Oregon so I did not take the job. The placement process was actually pretty thorough to my surprise, there were tons of the typical questions.
