The initial interview was simple. There were multiple interviews on the phone (6) and then you have an on-site interview. The on-site interviews was with about 25 people and started at 8:00 in the morning and lasted until 5:30pm. Interviews were with either a single person or a group. Consisting of sales and engineering questions. You also had to give a presentation on a technology that you sold in the past or relevant to the industry of Adtran.

Negotiation Details

There is none. Pay is what it is. They have a process for determining salary that is usually 10 - 20 % below normal. When trying to negotiate, there was none. There attitude was either take it or leave it.
I got the sense that they really did not care about their people. No stock options, only the most senior people and they exercise there options on a frequent basis.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
