Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
I applied online for this position and was contacted the next day. The recruiter was very responsive and told me that the hiring managers were very interested in my resume. An phone interview was scheduled for that week with the Director. That interview went well and the Director invited me for an in-person to meet herself and her Manager. Went in following week. Thought the interview went well and I had all of the qualifications (some of which many professional do not have). I sent an email thank you to both the Director and Manager but received no response-not even a "Thanks for coming in." Next day went by, no word from the recruiter. A week later on Monday, I emailed the recruiter to find out the status and she responded with "Oh, I meant to follow up with you. They've gone with another candidate." No reason, nothing. Feedback is typically valuable so I asked for it. She said she had none (which I felt was just a line) and said she would follow up later. Another week went by and nothing. I felt it was very unprofessional of the HR department to be so responsive up until right after the interview. HR should be the model for the rest of the company. This gave me a bad taste in my mouth and made me understand why many of the reviews on Glassdoor about Coprorate were very negative.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Richmond, VA (took 3 months)
The whole recruiting/interviewing process seemed extremely disorganized. I had some initial phone interviews, then I didn't hear anything for weeks and weeks. I assumed they had gone with another candidate, and then out of the blue I received a call from the recruiter indicating that they wanted to move forward with an offer. Huh? I had not met with anyong in person, I hadn't received any information about their benefits, and I hadn't even officially filled out an application! When I suggested an in-person meeting, it took quite some time to get that pulled together, and they were somewhat inflexible given that I was still employed and had many meetings to attend, so taking a day off of work suddenly would appear odd. When I did finally drive to the site to have the in-person interviews, it was done pretty quickly. Also, I never received any type of offer of reimbursement for mileage, even though I had driven a couple of hours to the interview.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The relo package was a joke. Even so, they were not open to telecommuting as a possibility (I did not want to move to Richmond, VA). Also, they revealed information about the job during the in-person interview that was not revealed during the phone interviews. The information made me less interested in the position.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
There was no phone interview. They brought me into the office and i met 6 people who worked in the office, most of whom would be in my group if I was hired. No real technical questions. I was told about the job, office and company. I was expected to just ask questions I had about the job or company. The manager was the last to interview me and seemed to be playing good cop/bad cop. He seemed to like me for awhile but then would keep bringing up the fact that I did not have Air Quality experience (this was an entry level job). Overall it was a good experience and easy interview. Also required me to submit a writing sample at time of interview and submit a follow-up career aspirations essay (4+ paragraphs) to one of the interviewers. Was told they would make a decision in two weeks, instead I was called two days after the interview to be offered.

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took 4+ weeks)
The first interview was more of a screening to determine your technical knowledge. There were several people on the conference call. Once they were satisfied they called me back for an in-house interview. The same team was involved, but this time it was more of an informational session about the project and company. The offer was presented at the end of the interview during a one on one with the hiring manager.

Refferal based. First interview over the phone with Human Resources Manager. After a week had a meeting with the principal in charge of the office. Looked at my previous work porfolio. Received an offer the same date and had to think about it. After two days of negotiation, accepted the offer.
