I applied online, and received a call about two weeks later to meet with a HR representative. After that meeting, I met with a manager in the sales department. Questions made you think hypothetically. Asked questions like, "How would you increase attendance to a marathon by 2,000 runners?"

It was for an internship for the LA Galaxy. The lady was weird. She asked me to bring writing samples in and she didn't even take them. SO i took it as she didn't want my type there.

Emailed/talked/interviewed about two different positions. Neither job was ever filled from what I could tell, and there was no real conclusion, I just moved on. The culture is casual and the interview style was informal, included a number of questions over email and phone as well as in person. Did not go through any initial HR process.
