Interviewed Mar 2011 in Bridgman, MI (took 2 days)
Hiring manager was friendly, interview itself was relatively laid back, no technical questions. They mostly asked behavioral questions (leadership, responsibility, ethics, team work). They like it when you have questions for them. Most of the focus seems to be if you are a good "fit" for the team so if you're a friendly person and are easy to get along with then it shouldn't be a problem. It also helps if you have leadership experience, try to relate past experiences to show you have initiative. Show confidence (but don't be cocky), look them in the eye, and explain how you'll fit in with the company better than anyone else.
