Minimum criteria for AGS is 60% throughout academics. First there is aptitude test which covers English aptitude, general aptitude, Essay writing, 2 programs. after filtering this step there is technical interview then HR interview and then final interview held.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
