included an initial screening of resume, upon initial selection, you would be invited for a panel interview (1:3).
Panel interview was done in a relaxing manner to know more of about the interviewee's potential and motivation to be part of the exchange programe.

Be professional and answer questions as honestly as possible. They would even provide advise/feedback on the course you could take. Overall, a postiive experience.
