It was a simple sit down meeting with a supervisor and she wanted to know what I thought about work and how I would act as a team player.
Work there was very sporadic, its busy sometimes but at other times it is totally dead, but then you still have to "look" busy. Then our dept had morning meetings where we tried to say what we were working on even if we had nothing to do...
If you have ever seen the Jennifer Aniston movie "Office Space" then it is kinda like that. One mistake and you get at least 3 memos from different levels of your department. So they are on top of things.

Standard phone screen interview was followed by individual interviews with the full team. Not very tough.
