I was referred to AKQA by a current employee - I had a phone interview and then an in person interview with who would later become my direct manager and his direct manager as well. The interview took 45 minutes and I received an offer the following day.

I was not able to negotiate because my level was to low.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
