Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 days)
The night before the interview was a dinner/info session. Both the vice president of the district and a current district manager were present. This consisted of about an hour and a half presentation on the company and position itself. Both individuals highly emphasized that the position is an extremely difficult one and to not be disappointed if we do not make the next round of interviews. The next day, the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes and consisted mainly of just describing your resume. The interviewer prided himself on not asking HR type questions.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took a day)
The ALDI interview process started with a "meet the company" dinner the night before my actually interview. The dinner consisted of the VP of the Region and a District Manager in the region (Dwight). The dinner was very nice and comfortable and gave the candidates an opportunity to meet and ask questions in a less stressful environment. The next day was my interview and it was conducted by the VP of the Dwight Region. I have talked with other candidates that had interviewed in different regions and found my experience to be the exception rather than the rule. The interview was no more than a half an hour and mainly we just went over my resume.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 4 weeks)
Informational interview was frank they encourage that the job may not be for some people. The first round of interviews was just a one on one with the VP very laid back and was hard to judge at first. Not necessarily behavioral based questions so it was hard to judge the outcome.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
It went ok I thought, they try to convince you that the job might not be for you. I thought that I was a really great candidate for them but apparently I wasn't. Not many questions. The man i interviewed with didn't seem to take much interest in me.
