Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
Got a phone interview - followed by a face to face interview with a Senior Engineer and someone who would be a colleague and a team-mate. The interview was cordial, to the point and was not a hassle. This was followed by an HR round. The HR round was a formality and a minor irritant. I was offered the job the next day.

Aptitude and written technical test followed by a panel interview of 4:1 and then a tech come managerial interview with the site head.
