Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
As soon as I came they gave me a rewards program to learn (Stubs). They gave me that to memorize before they actually started the interview. Once I was sure I had the program memorized and ready to recite back to them, we started the interview. One person ask the questions and the other wrote down what I was saying. Then she asked for me to recite back the program. I did very well. They called the next day and hired me.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Santa Monica, CA (took 3 days)
Applied online, got an offer 2 days later, went in for the group interview and passed that, then had an interview right after with a manager. She said they would call by Sunday if I got the job, but didn't end up calling until Monday. I went in the next day to show my SS card and fill out the other info that was necessary. I started the job two days later.

It was simple and fast. After a phone interview with a supervisor, I was scheduled for an interview with a manager. They asked situational questions with I then proceeded to make up situations that never happened to get the answers they wanted to hear.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
I saw that a position as a film crew was available online via snagajob.com. So I decided to apple online. About 3 weeks later I was called for an interview. The interview consisted of a phone interview where they ask you a couple questions such as: are you willing to follow the dress code, do you have any visible tattoos or piercings etc. After the phone interview, a in person interview was set up for the next day. I went to the interview dressed professionally. The interviewer asked me the basic questions like: Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work here? What skills can you bring to this position? After that I was asked five behavioral questions. I was called the next day and offer the job.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in San Diego, CA (took 1 week)
Got a call from a woman working at the company, she scheduled an interview for me with the senior manager. dressed professionally. Asked questions such as show a time when you were a leader, a time you made a sacrifice, a time when you had to disappoint friends. They make the job appear enjoyable by letting you know of incentives such as free movie tickets and free popcorn and soda WHILE youre working. However once you begin working you find out that it isnt what it appears, at least in my experiences. You work short shifts cleaning after people unless your one of the lucky few in box office or guest services. If hired enjoy it while you can because before long it will NOT be fun.
