Applied online, when you do so you take an "assessment" test. This test is to get a feel for both your personality and your general skills, i.e. mathematical, grammer, spelling, etc. After that you will get a phone interview with a market talent board member. If you pass that then you will reach the 1st 1:1 interview with another talent board member. If that goes well then you will have a meeting with the remaining and final talent board member. All talent board managers are also GMs for other theaters. If you pass that they the negotiations begin and the on-boarding process takes place.

I was able to negotiate to a point. I told them that I would not get paid less than 11, and they offered me 12.50 an hour which was 92% of the market value of my job.
