Interviewed Sep 2011 in Markham, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Attended one of the "Interview Blizz", where interviewees sit in the cafeteria waiting to be called by individual interviewers. Had a number of 1:1 interviews, each took about 45min. Questions ranging from IQ test, fundamentals in electronics to practical design/testing considerations. Overall experience is good, people are nice, but got another offer and had to decline this one.

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took a day)
I had a phone interview which lasted for about 30 minutes in which a senior design engineer interviewed me. He mostly went over my resume and gauged my experience. Later in 2 weeks i got a call from the HR person and an onsite was scheduled. The onsite interview consisted of 6 rounds. The first was with the HR person with a look over of company benefits, etc. After which different people from the team interviewed me. 2 managers interviewed me to see if I could be a fit for either team.
