    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at AMERISAFE (DeRidder, LA).

    Interview

The Interview process was pretty relaxed. I met with what was to be my direct supervisor for about 30 minutes just to get a feel how we would mesh. After the technical side of the interview I met with the development manager, again pretty much a get to know you type thing, to make sure you would fit in.
