I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at AMLI Residential in October 2010.
Interview Details – It was interesting. Took place at a hotel. Only interview I've ever been in where the interviewer made it seem as though "you'd be lucky to get a shot at joining our company." The weird part is they were recruiting me.
Interview Question – Can't say. The interviewer just talked about the company and maybe asked five questions, and the questions were ones that they would've known if they read my resume. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Simple. I wanted what the previous manager was making and just happened to privy to the budget info for the property. Helps to have friends working for a company you are being recruited to work for.
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at AMLI Residential.
Interview Details – Very standard: submitted resume on website, phone interview and first one on one interview. One upper management interview and a character assessment on the internet
Interview Question – There wasn't any that was too difficult Answer Question
I applied through other source and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at AMLI Residential in December 2012.
Interview Details – Pretty simple interview process, travel to different properties until you find your fit.
The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at AMLI Residential in February 2011.
Interview Details – The interview process was the toughest I've ever had for a leasing position. I applied about 2 months before I got called in. My initial interview was with the direct management of the community and then did smaller interviews with the rest of the office. I then had to meet the regional director and show and apartment before being hired.
Interview Question – Why do you think you would be a good fit for AMLI? View Answer
Negotiation Details – N/A
