The interview consisted of several one-on-one interviews with managers and group leaders, and a presentation to a large group, followed by a tour of the facility. It was a typical interview for this type of position, and thirty to forty five minutes was allotted for each one-on-one interview.

Got a call from the secretary to come and interview. Interview was 4 hours (which was the shortest I'd ever had), met with 4 people and gave a seminar. Was essentially offered the position at lunch.

Typical behavioral and resume interview questions. Culture, financials, and location are strong negatives. Interviews started with a phone interview, then was brought in to interview with 8 people at the company. Each interviewer had a different style ranging from questions right off my resume to a conversational interview.
