Anonymous Employee

Interviewed at AOL

Interview Details – I came in to the office and interviewed with some of the junior people first before speaking to those in middle management that would later be my bosses. It was mostly behavioral and about my experience in the subject area, though that part was light as I submitted a writing sample.

Interview Question – It was a finance related writing job, so they asked for a writing sample. The focus was how clearly and coherently I could describe business events and development. They probably would not hire someone without a decent piece.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – It was a fixed salary so there was no negotiation.
