I found the interview process ok, pretty friendly and informal.
However, I found the internal organisation had issues including not putting professional rigor in making sure the existing APN sites were always up and of good quality. Similarly the choices in platforms and technologies, the group's integration with other business units (especially non-online) and the overall business plan was lacking. Making any comments on these was not well received. Today, I still suspect the same issues are taking place ni the organisation.

I didn't feel the questions were engaging or created motivation or excitement about the organisations achievements or future directions.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
