Interviewed Jan 2012 in Newark, DE (took a day)
I initially communicated through email with Aramark and submitted my resume and request for an interview. I was called shortly there after with a date and time and who I would be meeting with. I only had one, one on one interview before I was offered a job and I accepted. The people seemed stand offish at first but they were really easy to get to know and get along with. I would really go into the interview being yourself, since we are a family we want to fit the right people in the right places.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2+ weeks)
Competency based interviews that deal with 1 question - tell me about a time when.... Then the interviewer has you tell and re-tell the story, probing for what the thought process behind each step was.
Not a bad process but can be limiting if you don't choose the right scenario.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 days)
First Interview was by phone, one week later a second interview with the hiring Manager and a Human Resource. At the time of the interview the Human Resource individual cancel had a face to face interview with the hiring Manager. Third interview a week later after the second with five different individuals within the company. Though the people I interview with had no idea what a Call Center Manager details, it was an average interview. Request for three professional references, a day later job was reposted. References never checked, job offer never made; Before giving a company references check, verify by that company when the call will be placed otherwise you will run into a very embarrassment situation when you have to explain to the references why that call never came. Or loss your job because your references is under the impression that you will be leaving soon and they will begin the hiring process for a replacement.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took 3 days)
I was contacted by HR and had a brief phone interview on the position. 2 days later I went in to meet the hiring manager. The interview took place over lunch time but food wasn't on the agenda. Although a nice guy, the hiring manager spent an hour and a half talking about himself and his own career, the company's structure, how he got the job approved, etc. This was a new position and I don't think he really knew what he was looking for. I think I may have been the first to interview for the job which is not a good position to be in.
