Interview Details – Applied online and received a telephone interview email several months later. Almost all soft skills during the tele interview. "Team work spirit, talk about a project, ..."

One to two months later received an assessment day invitation. Consist of group work(designing a iphone application for a given subject) and make presentation for that app; Skill test (programming using a hardware language to control a car moving on the specified track); Lunch; 2:1 interview on you technical skills(mine was about web technologies and a rubik's puzzle );

Received a further last stage interview after one month. Several current employee and manager ask me about business analysis and project management question based on a given exercises before you arrive. I have no experience on business analysis but just talk about my own opinions and they seem to like it. Followed by several puzzle questions by a IT manager. At last there was a HR interview about about your strengths, career goal, expected salary, etc.

Received an offer one month later.
