I got asked a couple of questions by the department head, which were pretty standard questions and very easy to answer. After that, I had to do a short teaching presentation. During the presentation, they tried to trip you up and frustrate you by asking questions, but it was pretty obvious and easy to work out. Then, I had to meet another person above the department head. I was asked some pretty basic questions again, and it was an easy interview. As long as you have a MA, you will probably get hired because they need teachers really bad.

The hiring took very little time. I was phoned by an administrative assistant. I presented a demonstration to a class and they evaluated me. I was called for a second interview and offered a position. I was very pleased with the offer but I didn't feel like I had an option to negotiate for a higher hourly rate. The administrators were friendly and welcoming.
