Interview Details – Their Director of Marketing reached out to me for an interview. First I met with their manager, then the director. Both seemed interested at the time. I wrote a follow up e-mail, called and was told the position was filled. Few days later found it on linkedin.

Interview Details – I submitted my application online and was offered a 1:1 interview. There was no phone screening. I went in and met with the hiring manager for approximately 30 minutes. The hiring manager did not seem particularly interested in the conversation nor did the manager take any notes.
