Interviewed Mar 2011 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
I had a brief sit-down interview with two of ATT's Supply Chain and Fleet Operations directors. The position was for a full-time, paid, summer internship. They reviewed my CV and asked questions about how my experience meshed with their business lines. Then I was asked a few typical interview questions. Interview was formal, non-behavioral, and quick. (Basically a screening for best-fit candidates.)

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Fort Worth, TX (took 3 days)
The phone interview was very easy, the recuriter asked a few questions, then advised what the position was about, and what I should expect in the face to face interview. The in person interview consisted of two person interview, where one asked situation question, the other person wrote down the answers. Next was an over the phone sales presentation, where I had to sale a product of my choice to one of the managers over the phone.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Fort Worth, TX (took 2 days)
I thought the whole process with AT@T was fair, good and done in a short amount of time, after they make the initial first contact. It might take them a while to initially contact you, but if they do, then you have a good chance to get the job.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)
I applied and two weeks later I got a call from a person at the Plano Regional office.
She asked me a few questions and told me she would set up an interview with another person at the regional office the following wednesday.
The interview went great and we set up a day to meet with the store manager.
The interview had alot of questions and some did take me a moment to properly answer. But it went really well with my interviewer.
The interview with him went great but I was not selected as he went with two other qualifyed candidates.
He did how ever suggest to my first 1:1 interviewer that I interview for any other open positions and said he really would love to see me transfer to the store after working for a year if I recieved a job with at&t.
I just got off the phone today with my first interviewer and she said she would call the managers of the open positions she had near my location and call me back later today or tomorrow with interview dates.
Im crossing my fingers for any position with at&t in gerneral and will update whenever something pops up.
I did get another interview but did not want the job because its way to far.
***************EDIT
SOOOOOOO
Today is April 27th
April 26th around 8am i recieved a call from one of my recruiters and she began to tell me about a job. I was thinking she was just going to tell me about the job like the first call i recieved when i first starting applying, BUT, then she was offering me a job for a store i had neither interviewed or applied for. I was shocked when i was telling her i would accept the pay rate! I didnt argue it because for someone just getting their foot in the door its as good as it gets!
Apparently the manager at the first place i interviewed at spoke with the manager at the store that i am now going to work for and the manager contacted my recruiter and selected me. Im so happy. :)
So i filled out my background verification and called all previous employers to get the correct dates, submitted it and today i took my drug test. I've checked on the hireright website and it says my background is at 60% and my recruiter said the background should be done by friday.
If all goes well as it should I was told my manager would contact me May 17th and that trainging will begin May 18th.
Will he tell me then what to wear to training?
Well theres my update.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)
I applied for a position that was posted on the company web site career page in September, 2010. I was finally contacted by a company recruiter in January 2011. After a 30 minute phone screen, the next step was a written interview. The recruiter sent an MS Word file with 27 behavioral interview / experience type questions that had to be answered and returned to the recruiter within 24 hours. The questions were quite complex and required quite a bit of self examination and writing. Once the completed interview was sent back, the expectation was that it would be reviewed by a panel of hiring managers and they would call any successful candidates in for a face to face interview. Unfortunately I was not one of the successful candidates.
