Then I had to fill out a behavioral quiz online, submit background check, and drug test. After passing the tests, I went to 7 weeks of training at their facilities.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)
I applied for a position that was posted on the company web site career page in September, 2010. I was finally contacted by a company recruiter in January 2011. After a 30 minute phone screen, the next step was a written interview. The recruiter sent an MS Word file with 27 behavioral interview / experience type questions that had to be answered and returned to the recruiter within 24 hours. The questions were quite complex and required quite a bit of self examination and writing. Once the completed interview was sent back, the expectation was that it would be reviewed by a panel of hiring managers and they would call any successful candidates in for a face to face interview. Unfortunately I was not one of the successful candidates.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 4+ weeks)
You apply online and in about two weeks they ask you to come take a test. If you fail you can keep trying. If you pass you move on to a customer service knoledge interview which I think is a personality test. At the end of the call they tell you wether or not you passed.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Plano, TX (took a day)
Applied on AT&T's website and after a couple of weeks got a call from one of the associate directors in the 'Audit Services group'. No recruiter, no phone interview, simply called me for an in-person interview the following week.
On the actual day, interviewed with 2 associate directors who asked questions about my audit experience, audit approach and explained in detail about the position and the culture. Great people. This 30-minute interview was then followed by a 1-hour long audit case. Nothing too complicated though, the case described a business case and asked you to identify risks and controls. There were plenty to be found.
After the test, they had me meet the Director for a few minutes who asked some general questions about my experience.
Great people and great culture. Probably just not the right fit for me!

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 weeks)
I met with three people who would be on team. The process seemed a bit rushed, as I was not given the names of the interviewers before hand and appeared that panel was assembled just before I arrived.

Interviewed May 2010 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
Was supposed to do an in person interview but due to the circumstances, conducted a phone interview insisted. Phone interview consisted of a conference call involving 5 or so of the 2nd level managers in the company. Was a fairly straightforward interview where they asked behavioral-based questions and inquired to skill set and previous work experiences.
