I interviewed at AT&T Labs in September 2010.

Interview Details – The interview process is two step. First there is a phone interview with the hiring manager. The type of questions discussed are both technical and non technical. Then the next step is an in person interview typically with a large number of members of the groups (these would be peer to the position in question). The discussion is informal but can be highly technical.
