Marketing Assistant Interview

Marketing Assistant
Atlanta, GA

I applied through college or university and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at AT&T in September 2011.

Interview Details – I applied through my school's career services department by submitting a resume and a cover letter. I was selected an informed that I would be having an in person interview. The first interview was all behavioral with one case question about being a manager of a call center. The second interview was a phone interview very similar to the in person interview; however, there was no case question. The questions for both interviews were very similar and some were exactly the same.

Interview Question – The most difficult questions was the case question. It was a series of questions taking you through a timeline of events in regards to managing a call center and how to deal with underperforming employees   Answer Question
