I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at AT&T in January 2011.

Interview Details – Interview was 1:1 initially but due to weather conditions it got converted into a telephonic interview. The questions that I was asked was very general, nothing specific to the job or domain. I just had a conversation with the interviewer. I was not given specific job description. The interviewer finally told me that he would contact me after 2 weeks

Network Engineer Interview

Network Engineer
Brno (Czech Republic)

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at AT&T in March 2012.

Interview Details – Basically the interview was technical with basic things such as what is a router, what is the OSI layer, how basic know-how about telecom. Usually the initial phone screening is done by recruitment, either a contractor or the internal recruitment, then you get an interview with the manager, i even had a skype interview
they will not tell you on the spot, but will let you know either that day or in maximum a week, depends on how desperate they are for people.

Negotiation Details – They were not flexible at all for a Tier 1 position
then when i moved up to Tier 2 they were exactly the same.
Don't be honest, it doesn't pay
