Interviewed Apr 2012 in New York, NY (took 4+ weeks)
It all started when I applied online March 16th 2012. I applied to a bunch of different stores, I received the invitation to take the assessment which is roughly 114 multiple choice questions followed by a morality test. After completing the assessment it stated that I met minimum qualifications. I received a phone call about 3 days later from HR stating that they would like me to go in for an interview with the area Hiring Manager.
I went to met with the local hiring manager. Interview lasted approx 1 hour consisted of normal questions. Why ATT, Describe a situation in which you went about and beyond for the customer, name a time that you could not help a customer. They use the STAR system to get your responses, forgot what it stands for. The hiring manager then told me that I moved on. You need to show them that you are about making the customer happy. The customer is NUMBER ONE! Showcase your talents show them you know the products.
About week later I received a call to go into a store for an RJP which is realistic job preview. This consisted of a 1:1 interview with the store manager. After the interview you are asked to shadow a rep to see what working at att is all about. During this time be very friendly ask question but don't be to intrusive because the rep gives feedback on you. If your shy or you feel like your not a talker you probably wont move on. Smile a lot make sure they know you are hungry and want the job.
After about a month of going on RJP'S I was finally offered a position and accepted.

The process was easy. I got an email from the local recruiter saying that my resume and application had piqued her curiosity, and that she wanted to have an interview. We then set up a phone interview which ran for about 45 minutes.
Afterwards she contacted me within a few days to follow-up and let me know that I was not selected to go to the next round.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Brooklyn, NY (took 3 months)
After you apply and do the test online they called me for a phone interview. I applied in June and the phone interview was in August. They took so long to get back to me that I didn't even remember I applied for the job. They called me in Sept for a in person interview. The interview questions were cool. A few questions I was stuck on.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
In my first phone interview, I was given extensive information about the company and the different divisions including the division I was applying for. I had to wait one week before scheduling my in person interview. During that interview, I met with 2 different people for 30-45 minutes each answering basic questions about my past experience, where I see myself in 5 years, what are my strengths and weaknesses, etc. After another week I was called back for a second interview where I met a couple more people and repeated the same process. The questions were not difficult. One week after that I received a call from HR extending an offer.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Middletown, NJ (took 3 days)
It was faster than I thought, I received confirmation for the job within three days. I was given a tour prior to the interview of the facility, they were associates as well. The The interview though lasted a long time, I interviewed one on one with HR first. Then I moved along with the group interview and technical questions. I was asked about the tree structure of sofware development. My familiarity of SDLC, SRS, and businees documents, as to their purpose. A whole bunch of questions about business, system requirements. Client/ customer questions. I was given an scenario about making a stapler, and about the process it would have to go until it was finished. I was asked why I chose AT&T. HR was not technical but more about situations in life and how i dealt with them. What my family, friends, professors think about me. But this part of the interview was simple.
