Interviewed Nov 2010 in Saint Louis, MO (took 3+ weeks)
Hiring is a slow process. Patience is required. Online submissions receive acknowledgment, but watch for e-mail requesting info about sex, race, and privacy disclosure. NO access to internal HR personnel to inquire about questions or application status. Interviews are SOAR format and easy if you are highly qualified. Good luck!

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Saint Louis, MO (took 4+ weeks)
Due to popularity of their U-Verse service, the interview and hiring process is very streamlined.
Contacted via email to schedule phone interview, followed by aptitude/skills test, followed by second phone interview, then job offer (contingent on background check and physical/drug test).
Expect 6-9 weeks of paid on-the-job training. No benefits until 6 months of service.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took 2 weeks)
I discovered this opening in my local newspaper. So I sent them my resume not knowing which wireless company it might be. I received word back from them almost a week later wanting to meet me for an interview. I had no initial phone interview just met with the managers first. The interview took between 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Questions were very situational asking you what you would do in a given situation. One in particular that I remember is they asked if you have an angry customer how would you resolve this problem.
