Phone screen with recruiter. One on one interview with hiring manager. Phone interview with senior manager. Background check and drug test.

After the inital screening, several phone interviews were set up with various senior level managers who stated that theyt would be recommending me for the job. After the fianl interview with the hiring manager, he said that my candidacy looked good and I should expect to hear back from him in 2 to 3 weeks. When I called back in 4 weeks - he mentioned that the position was being filled by an internal candidate due to changes in the landline org.
