You are pre-screened by a recruiter and brought in for face-to-face interview. Once hired, you go through training requiring your to memorize a two page scrip. There is a test you need to pass and group presentation panel to actually secured your place on the team. Thereafter, its very similar to survivor contest as you watch your team member get voted off one-by-one.

I had more than 3 interviews over the phone. This position was out of state and I insisted from the beginning that some moving expenses had to be paid if I accepted the role. It wasn't until the end, when I was asked to take the position, that I was told I would be responsible for all expenses. it wasted everyone's time.
