Interviewed Mar 2012 in Fayetteville, GA (took 3 weeks)
I had a face to face interview with the hiring manager for an hour and half. Then interviewed with store manager for about an hour. Just knew I nailed both interviews. It wasn't confirmed that I had the job, I was told that I would be contacted within 3 weeks or so. Training was to began a month from the date I had my interview. After no contact or corrspondence from At&t. I called the hiring manager to find out that the position is no longer going to be filled. I was a little upset, because they didn't communicate that too me at all, not through email or phone call. I think they adleast should have sent an email if you are considered a candidate, but not selected. That would be more professional and give the candidates an heads up.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
I applied online and was contacted within a week, telling me I had moved on to the interview stage. I had to call and make an appointment. But before the interview stage I had to attend an online tele-conference with AT&T person telling us more about the program. I asked a question. It was informative, but the woman seemed very matter-of-fact, stating we would have to meet a quota even when we are training.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Interview was 1:1 initially but due to weather conditions it got converted into a telephonic interview. The questions that I was asked was very general, nothing specific to the job or domain. I just had a conversation with the interviewer. I was not given specific job description. The interviewer finally told me that he would contact me after 2 weeks

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 months)
It was a 3-month long intense interview process consisting of two phone interviews with the associate directors and one in-person interview at the home office in Atlanta,GA. Very profession work environment as well as the culture. Very difficult interviews but I was able to "wow" them with my work experiences and leadership abilities in which are the two main attributes they look for.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Seemed like just to see if I was an idiot or not. Job interviewed for was offered on the phone interview. Job I accepted did not exist and was known to never exist. Seemed like they just needed any warm body to fill slots and were told what ever it took to get the person to accept the position. Everyone hired in the big wave has the same exact story.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
I had the same experience as the other poster regarding the interview. It was very strange. She called me 15 minutes late and was unapologetic. She immediately went into behavioral questions without a friendly starter question or even pretending to care about me. I found myself babbling since she said absolutely nothing. By the time the interview was over, I had the same feeling as the other person who posted about the position and I should have just said I didn't have any questions. Unfortunately, my first question I asked her was "Are there any questions or concerns that you would like addressed regarding my ability to fill this position?" Her response was "My job isn't to tell if you can do the job properly...", so I said "Well then is there anything you would like me to clarify?" Her response was "Due to company policy I cannot tell you that"...Holy Lord.... Another answer was "I work here because I worked at Bell which is now AT&T". Needless to say, I didn't send any think yous.
