Interviewed Apr 2007 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
The application process begins online with a selection for position / location openings and a personality profile test. If you are selected, the manager of the location you applied to will make contact with you and schedule an in-person interview. Interview questions are fairly standardized through the company, but because you will interview at a specific location, the atmosphere will be markedly different. Most likely it will be a bit informal. If the manager wants to extend a position to you, expect a call from an HR recruiter who will send you a welcome packet and information about when to report for your first day.
