Interviewed Jan 2011 in Oklahoma City, OK (took 2 weeks)

It started with a group phone interview. A few days later I went in and took a 2 hour skills test. It was a virtual call center and I had to take calls. It was multiple choice. That was pretty easy. After the test was over I was told that I had passed and set up a 1:1 phone interview a few days later. I did the phone interview and got an email to come in for a 1:1 interview with a hiring manager. I did that interview and still have not heard back.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
