Had phone interviews with Recruiter, Hiring Director, Sales Director and two Vice Presidents. Final interview was 1:1 with Director.

Negotiation Details

Simple. If they like you and they want you they will put their best foot forward which is the top end of the pay band they have to work with. Advise: Know what you're worth. People can't read your mind.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
