Interviewed May 2008 (took 3 months)
I interviewed for the position in May but didn't get an offer until the beginning of August. It may be a logistical issue but if a candidate is a must have they'll walk and find other employment. Some individuals don't have the luxury of waiting three months before any communication is given on whether or not you were considered for the position.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Winston Salem, NC (took 3 months)
This was a long interview process. There is a 250 question personality test that most people don't even complete. The reason it is so long is just to measure your persistence. Also I would suggest that bring your resume by the location that you are considering. It will take along time for them to get back to you. Just be persistence and apply multiple time that will get you noticed.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 1 week)
The interview process is a well planed event. AT&T responds to job applicants and sets a date for interviews. The day of the interview is a good chance to meet other job hunters. I am not sure how many positions they had open, what I am sure is that there were way too many applicants. I got on time to the interview, but it took almost two hours for my turn to get interviewed.
