I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at AVerMedia in August 2009.
Interview Details – 1st interview: department manager. it was a nice and casual talk. didn't go through too much to professional knowledge. there was a language and personality test before the interview.
2nd intervide: Human resource dept. & Dept. manager. mostly the personality check. the HR was quite green. didn't get to the point through the process.
Interview Question – If i would talk over my family business in the future. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – i showed my bottom line to soon. job title and salary are negotiable, but have to be very careful since they don't really like applicants negotiating those terms.
