Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 2 days)
I had three interviews over a two day process (the days were almost a month apart). They took forever to make a decision. I first interviewed with an HR representative, then with my immediate manager and a VP, and then with another VP. The process was pretty standard, asking me about my work experience and what I want out of the job.

Negotiation Details
I was not able to negotiate anything. In the interview, I told them what I thougth I deserved, what others in my position, location, experience were receiving. When I got the offer it was much lower, and when I countered, they did not accept. In the end I had to accept because I have student loans and had no choice.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Drug Test.
