Interviewed May 2010 in Charlotte, NC (took 2 days)
Had a 10 minute phone interview and I was invited to come in for a personal interview. The people conducting the interview were very friendly, professional and polite and immediately put me at ease. They asked questing relating to my most recent employer. Many of the questions focused on communication skills and problem solving skills. Interview last 1.5 hours and I was contacted two business days later with a very competitive offer which i accepted. Great experience and very impreseed with the company and employees I encountered.

Interviewed May 2009 in Charlotte, NC (took 2 days)
First interview was a phone interview that lasted about ten minutes. Interviewer ask about my resume and why I would chose Axa-Equitable. I was unemployed at the time so any job was better than no job. The next interview was a panel interview which althouth I was asked a bunch of questions none of them were hard. I seemed to know more about the company from my research then the people interviewing me.
