I have significant experience and was treated that way in the interview with a multi-unit manager. It began with an on line survey and went to an email I sent to thier recruiter who was on vacation and didn't answer for 2 weeks. I then heard from the Regional [8 stores] Manager who tried to impress me verbally with his knowledge of company goals and standards. A personal interview followed the next day. Hired and began work on the Monday of the next week.
