Interviewed May 2010 in Columbus, OH (took 2 days)
Easy, no hard questions. They wanted to hire me before I came in though. I met with the general manager of store and a regional manager. The worst part was they sent me across town to do a drug screen.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
Every thing seemed to go great at the interview. I was asked to give a number for my starting pay rate and then they never called back. They made no offers after that. I was at a loss. I bring over 10 years of General Manager knowledge.

Interviewed May 2007 in Austin, TX (took 3 days)
Even though I filled out an application online I still had to fill out another one at the store when I interviewed. The whole application package was very large and the process was quite lengthy. Make sure you have plenty of time to do the interview. The first interview was with there recruiter which was the shortest of the three interviews and fairly easy. The next was with the Regional manager which took some time and was not too hard either. The final was with the General Manager and took quite a bit of time. This person mostly did all the talking so I felt like this whole part was a waste of my time and gas. The person mostly was stroking their own ego about how good he was at the job. overall easy interview.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
I received the call very late in the afternoon. I went to the interview the next morning. I was interviewed by the assistant regional manager. I had military experience and he did too. So I guess we clicked very well. After the interview I took a test that was online. It's basically about an ethics test and was recommended after the test. A week later started working after my background check was done.
