Met with manager and 3 team members individually. Basically to see if they like you as a person. They assume that if you got that far, you can do the technical aspects of the job.
Negotiation Details
My headhunter did the negotiation. Get as much as you can just like any other job.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
