Found opening on website. Applied online received email response requesting 1on1 interview that week. Interview began with filling out of application. General interview questions. Focused on general knowledge of the gear involved and what the process at my current employer was like compared to them. Interviewed with rental department manager for approximately 45 minutes. They promote from within but are required to grant open interviews, so very difficult to get non-entry level positions. The company is very well run, in an industry filled with poorly run "mom & pop" outfits. Facilities are very well maintained with a sales as well as rental department (rental and sales of pro cameras and filmmaking accessories). Best advise for this employer is to be willing to accept entry level position. They pay on the high side for the industry with full benefits and retirement.
