the interview process is pretty straight forward at abercrombie. the manager will, in most occasions, take you and a few other applicants to the food court or a bench and ask you questions about diversity, equality, work ethic, make you say the tag line "hey, whats going on" and thats it.

Applied in store and one of the managers asked me to come back for an interview as a floor model / sales associate. For the interview, we were supposed to dress in Abercrombie and Fitch. But I didn't have any of their clothes. So I came in dressed very nicely in Forever 21. The other girls were dressed head to toe in Abercrombie. We went through a group interview and the competition was easy. One girl didn't answer a question because she didn't know what diversity meant LOL. But I got a call back 2 days later and was invited to be a floor model. YAY!

They approached me in the store and asked me to work for them. I agreed as I was looking for a job. I was interviewed on the spot and got the call that I was hired in a few days. Looks will guarantee you the job as the managers have a quota for attractive employees that may or may not be casted as brand models.
