Interview Details – The interview was very simple need to concentrate on only the basics and need work too hard for the interview.

Interview Details –
Two rounds of interview was there. First round was a technical round.
Technical interview was from on-site. There where networking questions about sockets, skbuff structure in ethernet, MTU size, jumbo frames. Explained about the projects I was working with.
The second round was a personal interview. I was asked to explain about the previous employers and experience. They asked about how the services and the product company differs, how the application domain and technology domain differs and the reason for change of employment.
After one day of the interview I was sent the offer letter.
Interview Question – Personal interview was lengthy. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Offer was not upto the mark, but I could negotiate for a better offer. Offer was not great but ok.

Interview Details – The person who interviewed is a great personality. He invited for an interview on a Saturday morning session. His action was very quick and aggressive. Only few question was asked regarding the job and some personal status. Then he connected to company HO for technical interview, that also very simple and basic. I understood the company was selected me for the post because he gave me a interview form to fill.
