Interviewed Jul 2010 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 days)
I had my first interview over the phone because I was located in the US. They asked questions that pertained to information on their website. They asked about interests, why you want to be a consultant, strength weakness, ect. There is also a short case study where they will ask you directed question. Refer back to their service lines for the answers. Also, I found it helped to ask lots of questions. HR did not conduct this interview. It was conducted by a senior associate. If selected, then you get a invitation over email for second interview within 24hrs. Great experience.
Second interview was in London at their main office. Full day of skills test. Start morning with presentation. Then a skills assessment on prioritizing tasks. It was just a lot of information organization. Then there is a case study where they do not give you much time to review. HR then conducts a Q and A. Experience with HR was horrible. They are robots and ask you set answers (most important aspects of case, name three areas of improvement, ect.). There is no feed back but they do ask you how you think you did yourself. There is a group presentation afterwards on a short case study. HR will monitor how you work together. There is not enough time to present for each person.
Found out within 24hrs of their decision.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
Accenture conducted an interview that was not very well planned. They just sent me to random employees without any notice. I've clearly applied for a functional position, and yet they brought in a technical expert to ask me very technical questions. I was very confused by the entire process.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 3 weeks)
This was a three-stage interview. I sent in my resume through campus job fair. I was contacted for an on-campus interview. It was behavioral type questions. Then after passing that interview, it was an onsite interview with two different interviewers basically asking the same type of behavioral type questions and that was it.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 4 weeks)
After filling out the online application form ( which consists of the following questions: about yourself and your extracurricular acitivities, why do you wantto work for Deloitte, what do you think an analyst is doing in his first year and how do you think can technology help a client), I was invited to an interview in the London Office. You can book a slot yourself, which is very convenient. the interview was with one person, a first-year analyst (so not a senior at all), who made some small talk before getting to business. the first few questions are all about why you want to work for deloitte, what you know about their competitors and why you want to work in consulting. the second part of questions are competency-based: Initiative, Doing more than expected, building relationships and teamwork. In the last 10 minutes I was given a mini-case:
A supermarket chain has problems with supply management and often lacks stock. customers are disgruntled and unhappy. What to do? I wasn't allowed to take notes and had to answer questions, e.g. what are the main problems affecting the company? What can be done about them. So pretty basic, but not a typical case interview that you'll find on the web. I expect this would be used in the second round of interviews.
So to sum up:
Book your own slot
Why do you want to work for Accenture/Competitors/General consulting industry
Competency based questions
mini case.

Reason for Declining
In the end I got invited to second round, but decided to take another job offer.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in San Francisco, CA (took 4 days)
Behavioral Interview where the same questions were asked over all three interviews. The first is a screening interview, the second is a skills assessment if you are experienced, and the third is a check to see if you are social inept.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took 5 days)
It was an on campus recruiting process. I got a first interview with them, which was very easy. First you were put into a big room and greeted by an employee. Other candidates are there with you and this was for you to ask questions. Then I had a 1:1 interview; I think it was to check to see if this is what you wanted to do.
A day later, I was invited back for a 2nd interview. This one was with a partner. It was behavioral. The person was friendly but don't be fooled. 4 hours later, I received an email saying they weren't moving me to the next step.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 3 days)
Applicants are chosen from the online application database. The first interview is with a senior manager, very general, talks about yourself and your experiences based on the resume, and what questions you may have for them; The second one is with another manager, this time more work related; the last one is an office visit where you are interviewed by senior executives or if not available, senior managers. The content and style of interview differs with different interviewers. None of the interviews were case based.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Applied for Accenture Boot Camp, got phone interview but was declined for place in Boot Camp.
Went through to 1st round interview.
1st round mostly competency based -- know your CV inside out. There were tons of questions.
Short 5 minute case. Didn't do well in that section as I couldn't really find 3 problems, and didn't really match the accenture service line to the problem.
