Interviewed Jun 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
I posted my resume on Accenture website. Then I got a mail with a unique number which will get me to the walkin interview scheduled at Bangalore.
At Bangalore : I had to fill a form. All the relevant documents were submitted. Then there were 2 interviews. First one was, 1 to 1 technical interview regarding java technologies. Second one was HR round. Then they announced the results and said we are selected and the formalities will be done through mails.
We had to send scanned copies of all the educational documents, latest salary slip etc.
Then I got an offer letter through mail.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 1 week)
Technical interview would take around 30 minutes in which they just asked the basics
In the HR interview, they tend to ask how you would deal with some particular situation, like conflicts in the team, challenges etc. Also, make sure you browse and read up something on Accenture and why you wanna join

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 4+ weeks)
Some one from pune called and scheduled me a telephonic, from the beginning HR was sounds little rude. I got a call from technical panel after 2 days. The interview is very basic and their is nothing you can learn out of it... then another manager interview their no technical questions only some junk questions... then HR told me that you cleared all the rounds .... they told me send documents.
After that i have sent all the documents to them, then they replied that some documents are not clear in the scanned copy. after that i have send again ... then they came back saying that one documents which big in size, i have scanned by diving 2 pages...
they replied send the document by scanning by one page... I also send the documents which they asked their after they have not returned back.... i have sent several remainder emails to them...
IS this a ethical behavior which a MNC should do?

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
Was informed about the opening through a friend and the interview was scheduled after consultation with the managers and myself. The interview was handled well with 2 managers involved. There was just 1 round of interview. But felt the project in particular was not well managed and therefore the interview was done in a hurry.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Was waiting from 12 pm till 6 pm, they called me accounding to the candidates occured. 1st round it self an HR round. Everything went well, i was happy as I answered to all questions of HR and filled the form given to me. I came out and waiting for the result, since it was time I was one of the last few candidates. The HR came up with the result and said my profile was put on hold. I wondered what might be the reason. They said my expected salary was high. I was so depressed can't the HR tell me the same in the interview panel, i would have negotiated with them. There reaction was not acceptable as they said its time so they will call me in the next comming week, but no response from them.
