First I got a call from the HR team to know if would be interested joining the company so that they can schedule the interview.
I agreed for the interview to be schedule after 2 days.
The complete interview process was over the phone
First I got a call from HR asking for all the details like my experience, current role, why I like to join Accenture. It went around for about 15min and after which she updated that I would get a call from a soft skill trainer.
Exactly after 1hr I received the call from soft skill trainer who asked about my experience and family back ground then she updated that I would get a call from the HR who I had spoken with.
Received the call from HR who updated that I had cleared my 1st round and she wanted to arrange a technical round with one of the ops manger (the technical round was arranged after 3day)
Received a call from Ops manager who asked about my experience and little bit of technical questions like what is outlook mail forwarding, backing up .PST, what is IE, how to refresh IE settings (restore defaults) and deleting cookies and temp files, what is OSI model (this because I had added CCNA in the resume) actually he was locking at my attitude and do I have the ability to learn things after which he updated that I would get a call from HR.
Next day morning I received a call from HR stating that I had cleared all the rounds and negotiated the salary which was Rs.47,4000, I informed HR that I will think about it and will get back (took one week time).
After a week I call back and updated the HR that I will not be able to take up the Job because I had got promoted at the current company where I was working.
Reason for Declining – I was promoted at the currently company which I was working

Its is the worst..It seems there policy to start recruitment even it there is no requirement and then keep the candidate hanging for 2 months or so..Somehow feel they have outsourced the Recruitment to sourceone consultancy so they just try to increase numbers by taking interview ...So don't wait for Accenture if you have other offers...
Interview process is simple General discussion , technical , Managerial , HR..the Full stop..Then they wait for opening..If they have then a client interview might be taken even before you get the offer (Happened to one of my friend)
Interview Question – It was negative scenario based question , he wanted to see when I would say it is not possible to do in datasate Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Had joined another company and was working for 2 months

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Bangalore (India) May 2011 – Reviewed Jul 30, 2012
Interview Details – Overall interview process was fine for me except the Recruitment team does say on there end and say that they will not come back if you don't accept within specified range of package. So will not be given much time to think.
Interview Question –
There were some deep technical questions on Cisco UC platforms.
The ops round had some irrelevant questions which was more focused on why I left my past organisations without trying to understand why I left.
It is obvious that every person in leave organisation because of growth, profile and money. If I give some fake comments then will it be fine ? if they know from my profile that I am not not the right candidate then they should stop there itself. I hope it make sense.
Answer Question
Negotiation Details – You might not be able to get more choice to demand as per your expectations but you can get benefited from other areas like joining bonus, hot skills bonus if your skills will fall under that roof, relocation from different place.
